Achievements and performance
This CIO was established to replace Pershore Community Church
registered charity no. 1144119. Due to the Covid19 Pandemic, and
administrattve error5 at Lloyds Bank. there had been substantial delays in
opening an account to service the banking needs of the CIO.
The administrattve errors at Lloyds bank led to a ￿mpensatIon payment
of £40 being added to the account In July 2022.
Preparations. to transfer the activities and assetsniabilities from the
church (trust) to the church (CIO) were at an advanced stage as at 3181
August 2022.

during the year
Due to the likely practicalities of transferring all transa¢tion$ from one
bank account to the other. the intention is to wn them both in tandem
until such time as the fomer trust account can be dosed. on￿ this has
happened the Church tnjst Charity (no. 1144119) will be merged into the
Church CIO charity.
