1. To relieve financial hardship, distress and suffering among poor people, homeless persons, victims of natural disasters and other people in need by means of, but not exclusively, making grants or loans for providing or paying for items, equipment, services and facilities, including the provision of food, water accommodation, clothing and costs for medical treatment for the benefit of said persons;
2. To advance education for the benefit of the poor, the illiterate and

the general public by means of, but not exclusively, the provision or assistance in the provision of educational resources, equipment, activities and facilities, such as schools and training centres;
3. To advance in life and relieve needs of young people through:
- (a) The provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life;
- (b) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
During the year we experienced delays in opening a bank account due to Covid-19, so were not able to undertake the desired activity except that we started to raise the profile of the charity among the public in anticipation that the account will be opened soon. We used this time to identify viable projects and potential beneficiaries in preparation of delivering projects in the near future.
Trustees have had due regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit and are satisfied that they will be benefitting the public with the planned projects..
