NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the third Annual General Meeting of the Snibston Heritage Trust will be held on Tuesday 19[th] March 2024, at 2.30 at Snibston Colliery Lamp Room, Ashby Road, Coalville to transact the following business: 

1. Apologies. 

2. Secretary’s Report and Minutes of the Meeting held on the 17[th] October 2022. 

3. Chairman’s report on the affairs of the Trust for the period ended 31[st] December 2023. 

4. Annual Financial Statements of the Trust for the period ended 31[st] December 2023. 

5. Election of Trustees in accordance with the Constitution of a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. 

6. Questions from the Volunteers. 

7. To consider any other matters.
