The Walk & Talk Trust is about more than just walking. It is about connecting people. Connecting them to nature and to each other, to improve physical health and emotional wellbeing.We have a particular focus on schoolchildren and socially disadvantaged adults. We organise guided walks and provide walking boots to those beneficiaries who need them most, paving the way to participation.
Objects: For The Public Benefit, To Promote Regular Participation In Healthy Recreation To The People Of County Durham And Its Surrounding Counties ( Northumberland, Cumbria And Yorkshire ) By Providing Information And Practical Advice, By Educating And By Raising Awareness, And By Organising And Facilitating Guided Walks For The Public Benefit And By Any Other Ways That The Trustees Think Fit.
