## Trustees' Annual Report for the period ended 31 03 2024
The Trustees present their report and the financial statements for the period 1 January 2023 to 31 March 2024.
Markazi Jamia Masjid Ghausia is a CIO Foundation registered 14 July 2020.
Trustees are appointed in accordance with the Markazi Jamia Masjid Ghausia constitution. Once appointed, Trustees are given an introduction of the charity and information about its objectives. Trustees are also given a copy of the Constitution and aims and objectives. Role descriptions are issued to each Trustee and a full induction is given setting out the obligations of a Trustee. All Trustees are issued with copies of the Charity Commission's guidance.
The Trustees meet monthly.
The Trustees actively review the major risk to which the charity is exposed to on a regular basis, in particular those relating to its operations and finances. A system is established to mitigate these.
## **Achievement and performance**
Currently the charity is not operating, although this will change in the near future.
The charity relies on voluntary income and the charity generated an income of £0 for the period ended 31 March 2024.
