## Report Of The Trustees For The Period Ended 31 December 2021 

The trustees present their report and the financial statements for the period 14 July 2020 to 31 December 2021. 

Markazi Jamia Masjid Ghausia is a CIO Foundation registered 14 July 2020. 

Trustees are appointed in accordance with Markazi Jamia Masjid Ghausia constitution. Once appointed, Trustees are given introduction of the charity and information about its objects, Trustees are also given the copy of the constitution and aims and objective, Role description are issued to each trustee and full induction is given setting out the obligations of a trustee. All trustees are issued with copies of the Charity Commission's guidance. 

The trustees meet every 4 months. 

The trustees actively review the major risk to which the charity is exposed to on a regular basis, in particular those relating to its operations and finances. The system is established to mitigate these. 

## **Achievement and performance** 

Currently the charity is not operating, although this will change in the near future. 

The charity relies on voluntary income and the charity generated an income of £0 for the period ended 31 December 2021.
