**Activities:** The goal of the CIO is to help everyone have a joyful and fulfilling relationship with God by teaching and guiding people in Christian prayer. The work of the CIO will include introducing individuals to the study of different types of prayer, for example, Ignatian spirituality, Benedictine spirituality for everyday life, and prayer used by Anglican nuns and monks.
