LIVERPOOL MUSLIM OUTREACH SOCIETY Annual Report 2021/22 **Liverpool Muslim Outreach Society (LMOS)** seeks to put into action the values of Islam by contributing to the wider community. Although this can simply be by conducting litter picks around Liverpool, most of its work is directed to those who are in dire need. **LMOS** is an established provider of food and clothing to the homeless of our city, as well as those seeking refuge upon our shores. In addition the impact of the cost of living crisis has meant that this year our efforts have been extended to those of our neighbours who are struggling to obtain even the basics. ## **CSS** Our involvement in the Home Office Community Sponsorship Scheme reached a successful conclusion after three years of hard work. In February 2022 we were finally able to welcome a family from the Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme to their new home in Liverpool. One year later they are thriving in their new surroundings and eager to make a valuable contribution to society. **LMOS** serves the most disadvantaged in society through its Asylum food distribution, food parcel distribution, homeless feeds and clothing distribution. Whilst ensuring that any such activity is carried out against a backdrop of interfaith cooperation and inclusivity. ## LMOS Functional Teams **----- Start of picture text -----**
