Structure, Governance and Management
CONNECTIONHUB is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its constitution.
During the financial year 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023, CONNECTIONHUB was managed by a board of trustees. In late April and early May 2023, all trustees (James Perham-Marchant, Heloise Ardley, Firas El Dib, and Dr Konstantina Foteinou) formally resigned from their positions. Following these resignations, no new trustees were immediately appointed before the end of the reporting period.
Although Dr Konstantina Foteinou remained listed on the Charity Commission register temporarily, she had formally resigned and was not involved in any further governance or operational matters. Administrative responsibility for the charity was assumed entirely by Monica Wagner. Monica Wagner accepts full responsibility for the administration of the charity during and after this transition and requests that any Charity Commission correspondence be directed solely to her.
No new trustees were appointed during the period.
