**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 0-25 YEARS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS AND DISABILITIES AND THEIR PARENTS, CARERS AND FAMILIES IN DERBY CITY AND DERBYSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF PLAY FACILITIES IN A SAFE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, A LENDING LIBRARY OF BOOKS AND EQUIPMENT, SUPPORT AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.

**Activities:** We offer support to children and young adults aged 0-25 years of age with special educational needs and disabilities and their families in Derby City and Derbyshire.We do this by providing toddler play sessions, sensory swim sessions, messy play and craft sessions, sensory play sessions. BsL signed and relaxed panto, A lending library of books and equipment and general support and advice.
