**NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS**

## **NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS**

The Club was in operation prior to registering as a Charity and the funds in the bank accounts are those shown on the Balance Sheet ( Funds Prior to becoming a Charity)

The Accounts have been prepared from the receipts and payments on the bank statements, and any cash receipts and payments made over the period

The depreciation of the IT Equipment has been calulated on a 36month basis the equipment is that brought during the period of the accounts

The club had to move from the Park Centre at the end of November 2021 and this resulted in them having to pay rent for the premise they were able to find to enable the club to continue , but only on 1 day a week instead of the 2 they had previously been hosting.

They were hoping to be back in the Park Centre at some stage during 2022 but this is delayed , so hoping to be back there in 2023 at some stage
