**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE, INCLUDING THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF GREAT SHELFORD AND NEIGHBOURING PARISHES, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS.

**Activities:** We organise an annual festival and feast in the village of Great Shelford, Cambridgeshire, to raise money for charitable purposes for the benefit of the community of Great Shelford and surrounding parishes, primarily but not exclusively by the provision of grants.  We occasionally run other activities to raise funds or to promote the festival and feast, of a local community nature.
