||**Overview**<br>Although our input is time limited (all trustees are in regular<br>employment ) we continue to work towards the realisation of our<br>charitable objects.  As can be imagined, the major challenge facing<br>us as a starter charity is access to funding for projects.<br>**Meetings**<br>Since April 2022 the trustees have met regularly to work on the<br>development of the charity.<br>**Trustees and Patrons**<br>We have continued to search for and recruit patrons. Our trustee<br>numbers have now stabilised and we expect the current trustee<br>board to be committed to running the charity in the longer term.<br>**Memberships**<br>SKAPA has registered membership with both Metro GAVS and<br>Community Southwark. We have met online with representatives of<br>Community Southwark in order to discuss and further the charity’s<br>development.<br>**Guidance**<br>All trustees have been issued with a copy of Charity Commission<br>Guidance document PB1, Public benefit, the public benefit<br>requirement.|

Thanks again to Howard Jacobs (trustee), for helping to clear and then sell belongings of Simon which had been You **may choose** to include further held in storage by Simon’s family following his death. statements, where relevant, about:  policy on grantmaking;  policy programme related investment;  contribution made by  volunteers.
