Our secondary ac<vity was the raising of funds to support our principal ac<vity.
Achievements and performance
During the year ending 31[st] March 2023 Asto Clinics finished the treatment of 20 pa<ents suffering with OCD. A further 16 pa<ents were in treatment, and part way through the programme.
92 clinical screenings and 51 full clinical assessments were done by Asto Clinics.
We handled 225 enquiries from people searching for help with their OCD.
The Charity paid for 86% of all the treatment and assessments done by Asto Clinics Ltd.
With the provision of mental healthcare services being stretched in the UK, The Charity is providing a much needed service to help those suffering with OCD.
Financial review
Total income in the year ending 31[st] March 2023 was £167,271. Of this, £161,500 was raised from dona<ons, £5,220 from a sponsored event, £22 from an affiliate programme, and £529 from gia aid.
The Charity funded £56,175 of treatments and assessments. This was all done through Asto Clinics Ltd.
Total overheads in the year amounted to £723.
There was £646 of interest income.
The surplus in the year was £111,019.
There was £116,594 in the bank as of 31[st] March 2023.
There were no debts at the year end, or any funds held as a Custodian Trustee.

We are delighted with the progress that The Charity has made in the year, and the impact we are having on people suffering with the debilita<ng disease of OCD.

Independent examiner’s report to the trustees of Asto Clinics Charity Ltd
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Asto Clinics Charity Ltd (the Company) for the year ended 31 March 2023.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (‘the Act’).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner’s statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

Accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act; or

The accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
