The charity is a regtstered Charitable Incorporated Organisation ICIO), with trustees appointed by re501ution passed the charity trustees. The organisation is governed by a constitution governing document adopted on 2 ju 2020. The chartties objertive is the promotion of community partictpation in healthy recreation for the benefits of the inhabitants of Telford & Wrekin. Shropshire by the provision of facilities and coaching for gymnastics. The trustees, together wtth representatives from coaching staff and gymnasts meet regularly to manage the charities affairs. Please see some of the trustees htghlights from this financial year below. One of ourvolunteers was selected to take part in Br&tish Gymnastics'Limittess CoachinE program. gaining a coaching qualification & experience. We extended class timetable, giving more opportunities for children and young adults to attend. We kept our classes, afftirdable giving opportunities for more young people to get involved. offering free sessions to new stsrters. We continued our young leaders program for teen members. helping to gain volunteers and coaching assistants. This not only benefrted the club but the teens as it gave them a positive role within the club and helped keep many involved in sport for longer. The club reported a surplus of £8,603.01 for the year end 31/0112025. All costs are reEulèrly monitored by the trustees and prompt actions taken at an early stage to deal with any unexpected devek)pments.
