ownership and associated services to address thèir noeds.

During 2025 the trust8es partnered with Southend Association of Voluntsry Services ISAVSI lo Klenlify suitable
applicants lof grants, adding to the existing Partnetship wlh Chelmsford Citszens advice. Fusion Project
Management c4Jntinu8 to inspeol and lender on 811 potential grant applicants.
Fusion provide independent cost ¢èrtair>ty lor various projects, and coupl¥d with due diligerKe input from
Chelmsford Citizen's Adw¢e and Soulhend Association of Voluntsry se￿¢0s, the Trustees are o)nfidenl that
awards are appropriate and proportionate.
Thi$ will assist further charitable expenditurg in 2026.

Joseph Toomey Charitable Foundation meets the definition of a publi¢ benefit enlty under FRS 102.
Assets and liabllilies are initially recognised at hi$tori¢al cost or transaction value unless otherwise
