1. Introduction
We are pleased to present Aikyam UK's Trustees' Annual Report for the year ended 31/03/2023. This report provides an overview of our activities and achievements during the year. As trustees, we are proud to lead this organization and are committed to our mission of supporting 8 to 24-year-olds through any issues or concerns they may have.
2. Activities
During the year, our charity has been actively involved in Youth lead social action projects. Co-Production for a Peer-to-Peer Youth Mental Health Ambassadors project, Supporting LEBC and its summer NCS scheme, Youth Music Workshops, Radio Hosting workshops and Individual referral support to young people and families. We served 1300+ young people in our community, providing them with opportunities for growth, learning, and personal development.
3. Key Achievements and Impact
Our programs have had a significant impact on the lives of young people in our community. We have witnessed positive outcomes, including improved educational outcomes, increased self-esteem, and increased community engagement. Testimonials and case studies demonstrate the transformative effects of our work.
4. Fundraising and Support
