1.1 Legal Status
The District is governed by its cons�tu�on and is under the jurisdic�on of The Interna�onal Associa�on of Lions Clubs, Oak Brook, Illinois, USA.
The CIO Founda�on was registered on 29[th] June 2020 under registra�on number 1190158.
The Trustees may invest any monies required to be invested in or upon the security of such stocks, funds, shares, securi�es or other investments for the �me being authorised by law for the investment of trust monies with power to the trustees to vary such investments for others of a like nature.
1.2 CIO Founda�on
The prime func�on of the CIO Founda�on has been to receive dona�ons raised by clubs and
