## **Treasurers notes** 

No grants have been issued to us this year. 

A reserves policy was agreed to allow funds to be retained allowing for expenses to be paid for shows and annual operation expenses these funds will be moved to a savings account when not needed. 

Additional Fundraising has been done this year to allow LVP to invest in some stage blocks which are greatly needed. 

Subscriptions have been taken for 2023-24 totalling £995.06. 

We have issues Donations and Grants to 4 charitable organisations totalling £9136.10.
