C) PROMOTING, SUPPORTING AND DEVELOPING THE CREATIVE COMMUNITY OF SWALE, MEDWAY AND KENT INCLUDING THE AMATEUR AND VOLUNTARY ARTS SECTORS AND THE UNDERSTANDING OF COLLABORATIVE ARTS PRACTICE REGIONALLY, NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.
