## **FORMATION OF THE CHARITY** 

Platform7Teen was registered as a Charity by the Charity Commission on 23 June 2020 

## **OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY** 

Unlocking the ambition and potential of young people, enabling them to reach their future aspirations. Charity Mission -Equipping young people with the tools and confidence to develop their personal, social and employability skills, through the delivery of high-energy experiential coaching.

The Charity’s accounting statement for the year to 30[th] June 2023 

## **TRUSTEES REPORT** 

A successful fund raising event in February 2023, raised valuable funds that allowed the Charity to fully subsidise, or part subsidise workshops within schools or colleges in 2023/2024. The plan is to carry out at least one fundraising initiative every year. The aim of the charity in the next financial year is to deliver 20 workshops. The charity also has an ongoing training programme and  aims to recruit younger workshop facilitators and where possible recruit from ethnic minorities.

## **BASIS OF ACCOUNTING** 

These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention with items recognised at cost or transaction value unless otherwise stated in the relevant notes to these accounts. 

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) issued on 16 July 2014 and in accordance with the Charities Act 2011. 

No changes have been made to accounts for previous years. 

## **TRUSTEES** 

No payments have been made to the charity’s trustees, or people connected with them, from the charity during the year to 30 JUNE 2023.

The charity has no endowment or restricted funds
