**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN CORNWALL. THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH PROVISION OF TAILORED OUTDOOR LEARNING PROGRAMMES AND WORKSHOPS, AND SUPPORT OF THOSE INVOLVED IN CARING FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES AND RESOURCES.

**Activities:** The charity will provide educational support to children and young people living in Cornwall  with SEMH needs and support to their families and educational establishments where appropriate. The charity will also look to provide educational resources which can be used widely to assist children and young people understand themselves and those around them better.
