Sisterhood of women statement
Sisterhood of women as always been busy with the women and children.
We organised trips to the beach. We took 3 coaches , the children absolutely loved it on the beach some of the children who went was the first time ever they saw the sea. That look in their eyes will last a lifetime with me the excitement, laughter and splashing water of the sea on each another.
We have also done two events at Healthy Living Centre Community Get Together and Diwali Event .
We payed for the hall, DJ, Food, and raffle prices. The women and children love it. Improves their social skills , helps with mental health and with their emotional wellbeing.
We have had loads of one to one filling application forms for jobs college and benefits forms including housing issues .
I have also dealt with domestic violence referrals to safe guarding.
The charity is all about the community, women, young girls finding their Identity and their Voice. Community cohesion comes togetherness.
We as sisterhood of women charity will do what we can for their social wellbeing, and emotional wellbeing plus their mental health.
