These financial statements have been prepared in Complian￿ with FRS 102. The Financial Reporting
Standard applitable in the UK and the Republic of I￿land,, the Ststement of Recommended Practice
applicable to charities preparinB their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reportlng Standard
applicable In the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 Icharities SORP IFRS 10211 and the Charitie5 Art

Basis of preparation
The financial strdtements have been prepared under the hi5toric31 cost convention with items
recognised at C05t ortransaction walue. The financial statements a￿ p￿Pared in sterlin& which is the
funrtional currency of the entity.

Fund Accounting
Unrestricted funds are available for use at the discretion of the trustees to further any of the charity's
purposes.
Restrirted funds a￿ svbjerted to restriciions on their expenditure declared bythe donor or through
the terms of an appeal.

All income is included in the ststement of financial actlvrties when entitlement has passed to the
charity, it 15 probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction wkll flow to the
