The chair reported that the charity had difficulty opening a bank account. Many banks have refused to open account as the charity will be working with charities in Somalia. Fortunately, the charity is now in the process of opening an account with Cash Plus. 

The charity’s fundraising activities has been affected by lack of a bank account. The total cash raised up to date is £540 

This was a good first year as the charity has established good contacts with many institutions.
