**Activities:** The Dhamma Centre is a Buddhist-inspired community hub offering weekly meditation and mindfulness classes, retreats that support peaceful and harmonious life, led by trained and seasoned Buddhist teachers. Our Maldon Road Centre provides a calm space for silent practice and community gatherings, supporting people of all backgrounds in cultivating mental clarity, resilience, and well-being.
