The Charitable Incorporated Organisation was set up to take over the running of Glenwood Church from the existing unincorporated charity known as Glenwood Church (charity number 1125128).
Due to the restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the decision was taken to delay the transfer of assets, liabilities, income and expenditure until a future date.
The CIO has then been dormant for the year.
