## **Objectives, Activities and Achievements**
The objects of the charity are to advance such charitable purposes as the trustees see fit from time to time. The charity carries out its purposes by providing grants to charitable organisations and individuals. Funding priorities during the year were poverty and hardship relief. The charity received a total of £189,936 in public donations, and awarded a total of £187,966 in grants (delivered and allocated), having due regard for the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.
## **Financial Review**
At 31 December 2021, the charity held restricted funds of £34,050, unrestricted funds of £9,226, and current and long-term liabilities of £41,315. The charity seeks to maintain unrestricted funds sufficient to continue its activities for at least three years.

## **Independent Examiner’s Statement**
I have examined the accounting records for Little Giving for the year ended 31 December 2021. In my opinion the accounts are in keeping with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 and accurately reflect Little Giving’s financial performance and position for the year to 31 December 2021.
