## **Objectives, Activities and Achievements** 

The objects of the charity are to advance such charitable purposes as the trustees see fit from time to time. The charity carries out its purposes by providing grants to charitable organisations and individuals. Funding priorities during the year were poverty and hardship relief. The charity received a total of £69,944 in donations, and awarded a total of £71,248 in grants, having due regard for the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. 

## **Financial Review** 

At 1 April 2021, the charity held restricted funds of £2,256, unrestricted funds of £4,853, and long-term liabilities of £10,951. The charity seeks to maintain unrestricted funds sufficient to continue its activities for one year.

I have examined the accounting records for Little Giving for the year ended 1 April 2021. In my opinion the accounts are in keeping with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 and accurately reflect Little Giving’s financial performance and position for the year to 1 April 2021.
