**awareness**
The charity delivered cancer awareness
and prevention workshops in the women’s
native language, making the information
accessible and easy to understand. These
sessions empowered participants to
monitor their health, recognise warning
signs, and contact their GP when needed.

have enabled them to make informed
decisions, improving both individual well-

them form healthy relationships, work

**Quranic Study for Spiritual Well-being**
The Quranic classes allowed participants to
deepen their understanding of their Muslim
identity. For many, the Quran is a source of
peace, and studying it together provided
stress relief and spiritual comfort in a
