Organisational structure
Friendship International UK w&s esthblished as a charitable incoTporatrd organisation ('flO-) and
registered at the Charity Commi&sion on 16th June 2020. The charity is governed by the Board of
Ttwstees who are reswjnsible for the governan￿ and th¢ strategic direction of the organisation.
Review of activitles
From its incepiion up 10 June. 2022 the CIO had no fllwicial activity. A￿rdingly. no financial
statements have been prepgred for the year ended 30 June. 2022.
On 3" January. 2023 the r¢maining assets and liabilities of Friendship UK the pr￿¢¢C$S0r entity of
Friendship in the UK which opernted as a Trust since its r¢8iSfdiion as a Charity on 5th S¢pt¢mber
2013, w¢re transferred to the CIO. The total asse￿ in ihe forni of cash at bank amounted to GBP
43,254 and th¢ relat¢d accrued liabilities amounted to GBP 2,160.
