## 3. Charity structure 

• Connected by Humanity is run by 4 trustees. The four trustees were running the Connected by Humanity events and decided collectively to apply for charity status in 2019. • Richard Falkus acts as a director voluntarily, as he is also the founder of the project. • Ella Cade-Smith is the chair of trustees. 

## 4. Activities and objectives 

Due to covid we stopped our activities and have found it difficult to restart. We have decided to indefinitely pause activities.
