## **3. Charity structure** 

- Connected by Humanity is run by 4 trustees. The four trustees were running the Connected by Humanity events and decided collectively to apply for charity status in 2019. 

- Richard Falkus acts as a director voluntarily, as he is also the founder of the project. 

- Ella Cade-Smith is the chair of trustees. 

**4. Activities and objectives** Due to covid we stopped our activities and 



have found it difficult to restart. We have decided to indefinitely pause activities.
