TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT 

The trustees present their report for the year ended 31[st] March 2023. 

The Charitable Incorporated Organisation was registered on 12[th] June 2020 as a Foundation CIO. 

The charity will in due course take over the activities of the unincorporated charity of the same name, number 221803. 

The objects of the CIO are, for the public benefit: 

- (a) The prevention or relief of poverty by the provision of social housing in the form of almshouse accommodation for poor persons who are or have been residents of the Borough of Burnley; 

- (b) Such charitable purposes for the benefit of residents of the almshouses as the trustees from time to time decide. 

Except for registration there have been no activities, financial or otherwise in the period, and as such no financial information is able to be presented. Accounts for the existing charity have been prepared for the year ended 31[st] March 2023.
