EASTBOURNE YOUTH ARTS FOUNDATION FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 APRIL 2024 Chairman s rewrt to the W April 2024 Further to my report last year. On again there has been limited artr¥ity in the period covered by this report. Our fvndraising artivities continued but we had to cancel a couple of fvnd raising events due to lack of ticket sale5 resulting from a lack of visibility within the local community. The committee have discussed this in some detsil regarding how we, as a fund raising charity raise our profile and generate interest in the evening and weekend events that we would like to put on. The web site is up and running and one decision we decided was to open and attach a Stripe account so that donations and ticket sale purchases could be made direcdy through this avenue. This proved worthwhile with our first event being the big sing event held on the 13 Oecember 2023. Advertised through the website with Stripe allowed ticket sales to be made online. The resultant show made a profit of £848.LX) whh is an encouraging stsrt to what we hope will be further encouraging fvnd raisin No grants were adel hep iod detsiled. Sign...
