Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
to advance the Islamic faith through representing mosques and Islamic centres of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire under the structure of one council. in doing so activities will include promoting understanding and unity amongst the various mosques and Islamic centres; and promoting racial and religious harmony between Muslims and non-Muslims

The impact of covid meant that our organisation had to review our aims and objectives. In June/July our organisation had focussed on enabling Mosques to reopen and return to religious activities. We held zoom meetings to inform Mosques to open safe for the masjids and organising burials to ensure all our members were open along with government guidance. We continued our partnership working with Nottingham City Council and the health services to inform any specific issues relating to covid and burial services could be dealt with.

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
We held a number of zoom events to be attended by the Muslim community to be vaccinated, this was done through standardised messages in Friday prayer. In response to health commissioning group to serve around vaccines for covid. NCM was particularly involved with informing the local authorities about around in burials and meeting the specific religious needs of the Muslim community. With ongoing communication
