In ottober 2024. The WOW Show went on tour to four places acr055 the UK- fwlckenham. Brl8hton (shown
In Image below), Chipping Norton and York. The show was a new Idea and we created this tour a5 a pilot to
test the fomiat and responses from audlerKe5. It Included crowd-sourclng contrlbutlons from the audlence,
with participation throughout the show- and a publlc call<+ut for nomlnatlons In the lead up, to seek out
local champlons of change and equallty, who were then Inv5ted onto the stsge. The show wa5 recorded to
produce podcasts for later release. We have subsequently taken The WOW Show to Athens- and versk>ns of

the ADMAF and WOWS global networks In November 2024. Throu8h a rlch exchange of knowledge, ideas.
nd cu￿Ural experiences. partlcipants from diverse backgrounds shared their loumey& challeree5. and
aspirations around female representatlon, authentlc leadershlp, economlc empowemlent, and the Impartof

Income from donations and 8rdnts is recognlsed when the charity is entltled to the funds. the receipt is
probable and the amount can be measured reliably. For donatlons. thls is usually on retelpt. For grants,
this is usualty when a formal offer Is made In wrltln& unle55 the grant contains terms and corKIItI(ms
outslde of the ¢harlty's control whlch must be met before the charity 15 entitled to the funds. Whwe
grants are recelved In response to a proposal including a budgeted tirnescale. such that the required
timescale for the expendlture Is Implicit in the grant agreement, the Income is recognised in accordance
