Mediale is an independent arts charity, originally founded in 2016 to celebrate the designation of York as the first and only UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts in the UK.

Objects: For The Public Benefit To Promote Arts, Especially Media And Other New Technology Arts, In Particular But Not Exclusively By: A) Encouraging Participation And Inclusion At Events, Such As Festivals; And B) Supporting Organisations And Individuals Engaged In The Provision Of Artistic Activities, Which Take Place Primarily, But Not Exclusively In The Yorkshire Region.
