**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:A) IMPROVING THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND PROCESSES IN STEM EDUCATION;B) BUILDING A DESIGN COMMUNITY DIRECTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH MATERIALS; C) INCREASING THE IMPACT ON EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE; AND D) FUNDING SUPPORT TO THE ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT IN EDUCATION (ISDDE) PRIZE FOR EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATIONAL DESIGN IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND MATHEMATICS.

**Activities:** The trust works to advance education for the public benefit through(a) improving the design and development of educational materials and processes in STEM education(b) building a design community directed to the development of such materials(c) increasing the impact on education practiceby funding grants and prizes including the annual ISDDE Prize for Excellence in Educational Design.
