health and wellbeing. There has also been
a focus on ensuring learning and
development has been considered. We
have delivered a range of outreach

domestic violence and worked alongside
agencies to minimise further risk of harm or

will be undertaken from the DBS
service. An interview is then
undertaken by the trustees in place
and a set of questions agreed. The
potential trustee will receive a copy of
the governing document and CIO. If
successful they will be appointed by
letter a place on the board. They will
need to sign and return the letter of
acceptance and attend the first board
meeting. All members of staff and
auditors will be notified of the
