**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE SAVING OF LIVES, PRESERVING AND PROTECTING THE HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITHIN THE CIO’S GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF OPERATION BY PROVIDING EQUIPMENT TRAINING AND ONGOING FINANCIAL SUPPORT ALLOWING DOCTORS AND OTHER CRITICAL CARE TRAINED CLINICIANS TO RESPOND AS VOLUNTEERS WHEN REQUESTED BY THE STATUTORY AMBULANCE SERVICES WITHIN THE OPERATIONAL AREA OF SOUTH WESTERN AMBULANCE SERVICE FOUNDATION TRUST. IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS MAJOR INCIDENTS, ASSISTANCE MAY BE GIVEN TO OTHER AMBULANCE SERVICES. THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE RESPOND PROVIDED BY BRAVO MEDICS WILL BE THE PERSONS WHO ARE BELIEVED TO BE CRITICALLY INJURED OR CRITICALLY UNWELL WITHIN THE DEFINED OPERATIONAL AREA.

**Activities:** Provision of equipment, training and ongoing financial support allowing doctors and other critical care trained clinicians to respond as volunteers when requested by the statutory ambulance service.
