## _**Corfu Umbrella Charitable Incorporated Organisation**_ ## _CorfuUmbrella@icloud.com_ _Registered with the Charity Commission for England & Wales Charity Number 1189739_ ## **Annual Report for 6/4/2021 to 5/4/2022** ## **Events During Reporting Period** As at 6/4/2021 the Corfu Umbrella CIO (“CU”) had a cash balance of £300. During the reporting period CU received donations of £10,200. CU’s application for Gift Aid eligibility was accepted by HMRC and in January 2022 we successfully applied for and received £2,071 of Gift Aid. CU made donations of £4,492 consisting of: - £1,719 to Victoria Paisley, who cares for cats in Kassiopi, NE Corfu. - £2,511 to a Czech registered charity Tlapky Z Korfu Z.S. (Company ID: 07816596) which supports dogs and cats in Rachtades, NW Corfu. - £262 of food and veterinary medicine purchased for dogs cared for by the Hellenic Coastguard Station in Erimitis, NE Corfu. CU’s assets as at 5/4/2022 were therefore £8,079 consisting entirely of our bank account balance. CU has no other assets and no employees. ## **Charitable status and objects** CU operates in England And Wales and Greece. It was registered on 01 June 2020 as a Charitable Incorporated Institution (“CIO”).
