## **Oakhanger Project Chairwoman's Report 2024** 

Dear Members, Supporters, and Friends, 

As we reflect on 2024, I am proud to share the progress and achievements of the Oakhanger Project over the past year. It has been a period of celebration, growth, strengthened partnerships, and exciting new opportunities, setting the stage for an even more dynamic 2025. 

One of the most significant developments this year has been the continued progress in our secondment agreement with the church. This collaboration has provided a strong foundation for our work, enabling us to expand our reach and impact within the community with 3-year agreement. We have seen firsthand the benefits of working closely together, and we remain committed to fostering this relationship to support our shared vision. 

Beyond this, we have actively sought new funding through Vantage and other organisations that align with our mission. Establishing these connections will be key to expanding the scope of our work and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project. We are excited about the possibilities these relationships will bring, from enhancing our programs to broadening our community engagement. 

On a personal note, after much consideration, I have decided to step down as Chairwoman due to work commitments. While this decision was not an easy one, I am pleased to say that I will remain actively involved in the project. Oakhanger has been, and will continue to be, a passion of mine, and I look forward to supporting its ongoing development in a different capacity. 

Looking ahead, 2025 promises to be a year of progress and adventure. With strong foundations in place and a committed team driving the project forward, I have no doubt that the future is bright for Oakhanger. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported our journey so far, your dedication and belief in our mission are what make this project so special.
