A major highlight was our live coverage following the passing of Pope Francis, with our reporter on the ground in Rome capturing events as they unfolded. We also provided comprehensive coverage of the installation of Pope Leo XIV, including the lead-up events, public reactions, and short interviews with both clergy and members of the public. These productions reflected our commitment to delivering authentic, faith-centred journalism with a spiritual perspective. Alongside these milestone broadcasts, we have continued to produce interviews and documentaries that promote Christian values and spirituality. Viewer and supporter feedback has been greatly valued and has played a key role in shaping our content, ensuring our audience receives an experience that authentically reflects the spiritual vibrancy of the events and topics we cover. Shekinah Media Europe has continued its regular weekly, and monthly prayer sessions, open to all and supporting participants’ spiritual growth. During this period, we also held a residential retreat for deeper reflection and renewal. These gatherings help individuals deepen their faith, connect with others, navigate daily life, and strengthen their spiritual lives. The financial sustainability of our charity continues to rely on the generosity of our benefactors and donors. We extend our sincere gratitude to all who have supported our mission. As trustees, we are committed to increasing our fundraising efforts through the organisation of various events designed to gather broader support and financial contributions. Looking ahead, Shekinah Media Europe remains firmly dedicated to its vision of promoting Christian values and fostering spiritual enrichment. On behalf of the Trustees Sibish Kurian (Trustee) 2 ## **Independent Examiner’s Report to the Trustees of SHEKINAH MEDIA EUROPE** I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 Aug.2025 set out on pages 4 to 7. ## **Responsibilities and basis of report** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner's statement** I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: - the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or - the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or · the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
