TNA Trustees Report: Progress and Financial Overview as at 31.12.2025
Dear Committee members,
We are pleased to present a breakdown of the financial activity for the charity in the last financial year, as of 30[th] December, 2025. This report highlights both the income generated and the expenses incurred, as well as the significant progress we’ve made in transforming childhoods during this period.
Our team has worked tirelessly to generate the necessary income to fund our vital work supporting the community and improving lives. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has contributed to our fundraising efforts.
Financial Overview (as at 30.12 2025):
Total Income: £14,200
o This income was primarily derived from membership subscriptions and grants, particularly the funding we received from the National Heritage Lottery Fund
for our Children’s Cultural Heritage Lessons and Another Way grant from Nottingham local authority.
o Additional income was generated through fundraising events, such as the Family Sports Day.
Total Expenses: £14,200
o Our expenses covered project-related purchases, volunteer allowances, snacks, and drinks for the children, as well as other operational costs.
Transaction Details:
To provide full transparency, the attached Excel spreadsheet includes detailed records of all the transactions made in real time supported by TNA bank statements. Should any stakeholder; (Grant funders, Charity Commission, Malawi UK Association, Nottingham City Council) wish to review the bank statements for further verification, they are welcome to request them. Physical copies of these statements will also be made available during our next meeting to the committee members.
