The Trustees present their report and the financial statements of The Community Group Charity for the period ended 1 March 2024.
Structure, Governance, and Management
The Communities Group Charity is a charitable company limited by guarantee, registered with the Charity Commission under registration number 1189696. The governing document is the charity’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Objectives and Activities
The charity’s objects are as stated in its governing document. However, during the period under review, the charity did not trade or engage in any activities.
Financial Review
During the reporting period, the charity was dormant and did not receive any income or incur any expenditure. The charity remains solvent and will continue to operate for the public benefit in the future.

1. Basis of Preparation
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK (FRS 102), the Charities Act 2011, and the Charities SORP (FRS 102).
- Status of the Charity
The Communities Group Charity is a charitable company limited by guarantee. The liability of each member in the event of winding up is limited to £1.
