## **YEAR ENDED 5 APRIL 2022** 

Unfortunately we have been unable to commence with raising money. Therefore our income has been zero since the charity was founded. We sincerely hope we can start raising funds asap. 

## **CHARITABE PURPOSE** 

Our charity is going to raise money for vital research into stillbirth with the long term aim to significantly reduce the numbers currently occurring in the UK. Our main geographical location will cover the United Kingdom. This will benefit all prospective pregnant women who might be at risk of a stillbirth by increasing awareness about latest studies that could prove vital in their baby’s wellbeing. 

## **CHARITABLE OBJECTS** 

The advancement of research to gain a greater understanding into the cause of stillbirth by funding vital research projects and the publication of its results to medical professionals and the general public. To distribute charitable funds and make grants to research projects. To provide support to families affected by stillbirth.
