## **2. Structure, governance and management** 

The charity is governed by its constitution and regulated by the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The trustees are responsible for the governance, management and strategic direction of the charity. No trustee received remuneration or reimbursement of expenses during the year. 

## **3. Objectives and activities** 

The charity’s objects are to advance charitable purposes for the public benefit. During the financial year ended 30 March 2025, the charity did not undertake charitable programmes, grant-making, or public fundraising activities. 

## **4. Financial review** 

The charity received no income during the year. Total expenditure amounted to £36, consisting entirely of bank charges. These costs were met from funds held by the charity. At the year end, unrestricted funds were held as cash at bank. 

## **5. Reserves policy** 

Given the limited level of activity during the year, the trustees did not adopt a formal reserves policy. 

## **6. Risk management** 

The trustees have assessed the risks faced by the charity and consider exposure to financial and operational risk to be minimal. 

## **7. Plans for future periods** 

The trustees will continue to keep the charity’s position under review and ensure appropriate governance and financial controls are implemented. 



## **8. Trustees’ responsibilities statement** 

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees’ Annual Report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law.
