Some have progressed to**<br>**present their own radio shows, and some**<br>**used the training as a starting point for a**<br>**career in the media. Such is the success**<br>**of these sessions that the charity has**<br>**once again won, or been nominated for,**<br>**several national and local awards.**|

Outside of that,**<br>**fixed costs are very low and the charity**<br>**holds reserves for these expenses to**<br>**ensure that the charity can continue to**<br>**operate for a full 12 months even if**<br>**funding was to fall. Reserves at 30**<br>**September 2024 exceeded the amount**<br>**required. This was due to timing**<br>**differences in carrying out the activities**<br>**required by our funding with respect to**<br>**when the funds are paid in.**|
