**confidence & communication skills**

**society. Some have progressed to**
**present their own radio shows, and some**
**used the training as a starting point for a**
**career in the media. Such is the success**
**of these sessions that the charity has**
**once again won, or been nominated for,**

**holds reserves for these expenses to**
**ensure that the charity can continue to**
**operate for a full 12 months even if**
**funding was to fall. Reserves at 30**
**September 2024 exceeded the amount**
**required. This was due to timing**
**differences in carrying out the activities**
**required by our funding with respect to**
