Some have moved on to**<br>**present their own radioshows, podcast**<br>**or read news bulletins. Some are aiming**<br>**at a career in the media. Such an**<br>**increase in confidence and**<br>**communication renders these**<br>**individuals more generally useful to**<br>**society and potentially gain**<br>**employment. This has been recognised**<br>**by the charity winning national awards.**|
